Loved this bit: "people in berlin really dance and there’s the added benefit that a phone or any screen isn’t really welcome on the dance floor. this is the therapy the masses really need. if you danced for two hours every week, and i mean danced your heart out — combing through every emotion that bubbles up…tending to it and expressing every individual feeling like it’s own flower in your garden of consciousness… i can’t imagine it’d be bad for you."
